Our heart and prayers go out for the victims of the Manchester terrorist bombing, their families, and Great Britain and those suffering from terrorism and war all over the world.  This bombing is a reminder of the time in which we live.  Our Lord Jesus Christ speaks of the “end time” in  St. Matthew chapters 24 and 25, I encourage you to read it all, but here are two verses that stand out to me:

Matthew 24:12-13 (KJV)
12  And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.
13  But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
Surely that which has happened is a picture both of persons full of lawlessness and without love. But notice even in all the turmoil of these times He describes Jesus offers hope and peace He says “he who endures to the end shall be saved.”  This is surely a reference to believing in and living for Him.  I pray that you and your loved ones and all of us will be found in this number.
There is one more Scripture I believe I am to share with you.  1 Peter 5:8 (NKJV)

8  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”  This verse reveals who is behind all this hateful evil, its not the Muslims, nor even the alleged bomber, Salman Abedi, its the devil.  It also reveals his nature, its like a roaring lion.  His purpose? He is seeking whom he may devour.
